How do you come up with test unique to my store?

We do a deep two week CRO audit before we start testing.

This includes:
- Analytics audit
- Huertistic review
- Heatmaps review
- Customer surveys
- User testing
- Review mining

With access to this wealth of data, we gain a much deeper understanding of your customers desires, and the revenue opportunities on your website, than if we were to work from a predefined list of tests. From here we build a testing roadmap, priority ranking each test. Then the testing begins.

QuesHow many tests do you run at a time?

For most stores we will run two tests every two weeks. This keeps us focused on the highest leverage tests, whilst maintaining a strong testing velocity.
